Laufey's Edwin Romance ToB Alpha Readme

Not much here yet, as can be seen. Edwin Romance should be compatible with Ascension, if Ascension is installed first.
Note that this is a very early version and thus some problems are very likely to occur. Any bugs can be reported to tuomas.nurmi@dnainternet.net.

Changes from the previous version:

- Added Music. Music from Edwin Soa used; if it's not installed, then no music.
- Did minor fixes to the dialogue files.
- Added ReadMe
- Added an Ascension compatibility block.
